Tommy Wayne Parrish, 69 of Trenton, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2026 with his wife by his side. He was born on July 27, 1957 at Eglin Air Force Base in the Florida Panhandle to Bill and Delores Parrish.
Tommy served in the United States Army which he was very proud of. After his service he resided in St. Petersburg, Florida for thirty years returning to Gilchrist County in 2005. He worked at Monterey Boats in Williston, Florida for 20 years making many new friends and reuniting with old ones. Tommy also installed marble for many years with his partner and friend Don Lowe in the St. Pete area. He cherished his many friends through his life. Tommy also loved to play golf, watching all sports on TV and camping at Ginnie Springs.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Delores Parrish and his brother, Bobby Parrish.
He is survived by his wife Mary Parrish, his son, Zachary Parrish, his daughter, Daikery Parrish, his son, Tyler Parrish, his brother Johnny Parrish, his sister, Carol Lang (Duke), and his brother, Pat Parrish (Anita), nine grandchildren, and a special cousin Gene Parrish (Teresa) and many nieces and nephews and his in-laws who loved him dearly.
Tommy will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His kindness, strength, and love will remain in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
A celebration of life was held with Tommy, also known fondly as "Pickles" April 11, 2026 where he was surrounded by many friends and family whom he got to enjoy.
