Rebecca L. Phillips, age 47, of Newberry, FL, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Haven Hospice of the Tri-Counties in Chiefland. She was born on November 12, 1969 in Pittsburgh, PA and had been a resident of Newberry, FL most of her life. She spent some time living in Colorado Springs, CO and also in Bell, FL. She was a Customer Service & Sales Manager and was of the Baptist faith.
