Greg Pfannschmidt

Gregory “Greg” Pfannschmidt, 54, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 11, 2025, in Chiefland, Florida. Greg was born on December 27, 1970, in Amityville, New York.

Described as quiet and laid back, Greg still loved to socialize. He had a warm, easy presence that made people feel welcome. Greg was the type of person who would give the shirt off his back without a second thought.

In his spare time, Greg found joy on the golf course and finding comfort sitting on the couch to watch one of his many favorite Westerns.

Greg is preceded in death by his mother, Carole P. Decosta (Cappe).

Greg is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jeannine Pfannschmidt (Lindsey); his children, Ashley Suggs (Tyrod) and Jared Suggs (Mary); his father George Pfannschmidt Jr; his brother, George Pfannschmidt III (Monika); his sister, Wendy Runyon; his grandchildren, Dalyce Suggs (Lex) and Krysiah Adams; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
