Christine Long

Christine Long, 63, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on February 18, 2024, in Gainesville, Florida. She was born on February 1, 1961, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to her parents Thomas DeVoe and Roberta Davis.

Christine was a sweet and stubborn woman who brought joy and laughter to all those around her. She had a deep love for music, dancing, and monkeys, which reflected her vibrant and lively spirit.

She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas DeVoe and Bob and Roberta Davis and her grandson Logan.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Robert Long, who stood by her side through thick and thin. Christine also leaves behind her sons Thomas DeVoe and Timothy DeVoe (Janet), daughters Christina DeVoe, Melissa DeVoe, Maryann (Richard) McCallister, Lisa (Joshua) Anderson, brothers Thomas "Mike" DeVoe (Cathy) and Paul Churchin, as well as sisters Marilyn (Dennis) Chamberlain, Joann Archambault, Kimberly (Larry) Seward, and Cheryl Davis. As well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
