Carol Anne Glisson

Carol Anne Heath Glisson, 79 of Chiefland, Florida passed away August 18th, 2022. She was born in Lancaster, Ohio and moved to the Central Florida area as a young child with her family.

She worked as a secretary specialist for 42 years with the Department of Juvenile Justice in Kissimmee. Carol had a love for all animals and was known for providing food, shelter, and care for all the neighborhood strays. Carol enjoyed gardening and her green thumb was proof with the beautiful roses and flowered yard that she maintained.

She is preceded in death by her spouse Robert Repass, her parents Troy and Nora Heath, son Thomas Glisson, and grandson Kevin Glisson.

She is survived by her sons; Gearld (Jessica) Glisson, Kerry Glisson, Christopher (Julie) Glisson, her grandchildren; Jennifer Miller, Alisha (Clay) Olson, Jeremy Glisson, Devon (Katherine) Glisson, Amanda Lively, Jared Glisson, Travis Glisson, Hunter Nicole Glisson, Justin Glisson, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and her sisters; Donna Brummett, Billie (Wesley) King, Susan (Wayne) Burgess, Jean (Ed) Mulvey, and Sheila (John) Cole.

A funeral to honor Carol’s life will be held on Friday August 26th, 2022, at Springhill Baptist Church in Springhill, Georgia the service is scheduled for 11am. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Watson-Milton Funeral Home, Trenton Florida. 352-463-8888.
