Barbara "Barb" Polley

Barbara “Barb” Polley passed away on October 22, 2026, at the age of 78. She will be remembered as a compassionate, caring, and selfless woman whose huge heart was felt by all who knew and loved her. Above all else, Barb dearly loved her family, and she found great joy in cooking, spending time with those closest to her, and creating sentimental, personal gifts that reflected the thoughtfulness she brought to every part of her life.

Barb also earned an associate’s degree in landscaping, an accomplishment that reflected her dedication and care in the things she pursued. She lived with warmth and generosity, always giving of herself in ways both large and small. Her loving nature and the personal attention she gave to others left a lasting impression on her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Rex Polley, her partner in marriage for 58 years. She is also survived by her sons Craig (Michelle) Polley and Shayne (Tammy) Polley; Grandchildren, Kendrick (Elydia), Connor, Jackie, Michael, and Christopher.  Barb’s family also includes her soon-to-be great-granddaughter, Kamryn Polley, whose place in the family was a source of joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and a sister.

Barbara “Barb” Polley will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for her kindness, her generous spirit, and the devotion she gave so freely to her family. Her memory will remain a blessing to those who knew her and loved her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
